The Cedar House Sport Hotel Policies

• Check-in time is between 4pm and midnight (late check-in by arrangement).
• Check out by noon
• All rates are based on single occupancy with an additional charge of $10.00 for each additional guest.
• Rates do not include occupancy tax and are subject to change. Rates do include a complimentary breakfast buffet.
• A one night room and tax deposit is required at time of reservation. Reservations are only guaranteed if the deposit was received. During holiday periods we require a 50% deposit.
• Your advanced payment guarantees all nights of your stay. We do not give refunds on early departures.
• We are dog friendly. Dogs need to be approved via phone call or email. There are breed and weight restrictions. Dogs are limited to ground floor rooms only. Maximum of 1 dog per room in standard rooms, Suites can have a maximum of 2 dogs. Fee: $50.00 for one dog for one night, 2 night stays and more $75.00 -$75.00 for two dogs for one night, 2 night stays and more with 2 dogs are $100.00. We do not allow dogs to be left unattended in the guest room when you leave the property.
• We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. For holidays the cancellation policy is 14 days.
• If you cancel according to the policy the deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations within 2 weeks(holidays)/ 72 hours(non-holiday) prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
• Holiday periods are: 
- Martin Luther King Weekend
- President’s Week
- 4th of July Week 
For Christmas and New Years we have a 30 day cancellation period.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left. Please take note of the refund policies stated under each activity and pursue our suggestion of trip insurance to protect yourself from unplanned events.
• We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illness, nor do we give refunds on unused meals or early departures. If the highways are closed we will forward your credit to a future stay. You are also welcome to send someone else in your place.
• If you cancel a holiday reservation within the cancellation period you will be responsible for all nights of your reservation.

• Maximum Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Upon arrival, if you exceed our occupancy limitations, your reservations will be cancelled or if available, a 2nd room will be required.
