The Cedar House Sport Hotel features a small event center – perfect for small meetings, product launches, weddings and other group events. The event facility includes a separate private dining room with two patios and an open kitchen design, perfect for culinary team building or cooking demonstrations. The meeting room is separated from the dining room with an open patio. The meeting facility comprises of two rooms – a small conference room sized for 10-12, featuring native rock, reclaimed lumber, private garden and state of the art AV equipment. This conference room is architecturally stunning – perfect for wine pairing events as well as for a small board meeting. The main meeting room is sized to seat (depending on arrangement) anywhere from 30-80 participants. AV equipment includes 4500 Lumen HD projector with electronic screen, DVD player, sound system, High Speed Internet Access (wi-fi). We also provide Flip Charts, Conference Speaker Phone, Interactive White Board and multiple electrical outlets The Cedar House Sport Hotel serves a gourmet European style breakfast with espresso drinks, all included in the room rate. We serve daily appetizers in our full bar located in our lobby. In our private dining room, we feature a wood burning Italian oven and will serve entrees including Tuscan favorites to Artisan Breads. Private dinner events – including chef demonstrations and wine pairing is also available.
